Getting started

Invoices

Create an invoice from the Invoices tab, add line items from your price list, and download the branded PDF.

Staff

Add every team member under Settings → Staff. Each invoice records who served the customer.

Billing & Premium

Upgrade from the Billing tab using PayPal or mobile money via ClickPesa. Each payment covers 30 days — no auto-renewal.

Common issues

Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the login page to reset it by email.
PDF still shows a watermark after upgrading? Refresh the page — Premium status applies instantly once payment is confirmed, but an already-open tab may need a reload.
Payment made but plan not showing as Premium? Mobile money confirmations can take a minute to arrive. If it's been longer than 10 minutes, contact us with your payment reference.
Can't reach the site? Double-check you typed focus.xpressprinting.co.tz correctly — no extra "www", no typos in the domain.
