Xpress Invoices

By creating an account or using focus.xpressprinting.co.tz ("Xpress Invoices", "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Xpress Invoices is invoicing software for print shops: build a price list, quote jobs, and generate branded PDF invoices. Your data is isolated to your business account; only staff you add can access it.

• Free plan — 20 invoices per month, 1 staff user, PDFs carry a watermark.
• Premium plan — unlimited invoices and staff, no watermark. Paid one-time via PayPal or ClickPesa; each payment covers 30 days. There is no auto-renewal and no card kept on file — you choose when to renew.
• Payments are handled by PayPal or ClickPesa directly; refunds for failed or duplicate charges are handled per that provider's policy plus our own goodwill review on request.

• Keep your login credentials confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• Don't use the service for unlawful invoicing, fraud, or to store data you don't have the right to store (e.g. customer data collected without consent under applicable law).
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

You own the business, invoice, and customer data you enter. See our Privacy Policy for how it's collected, used, and how to request deletion.

We aim to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Features and pricing may change; material changes to paid plans will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
