Xpress Invoices ("we", "us") provides invoicing software for print shops. This page explains what data we collect through focus.xpressprinting.co.tz and why.
What we collect
Account data — business name, login email, and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Business profile — address, phone, business email, TIN/VRN, logo, accent color, price list, and staff names you enter.
Invoice data — line items, amounts, and the customer name/phone you enter per invoice. Customer name and phone are encrypted at rest.
Payment records — plan, payment provider, amount, and date when you upgrade to Premium. We do not see or store your card, mobile money PIN, or full payment credentials — those are handled directly by PayPal or ClickPesa.
Session token — a login token stored in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. We do not use tracking cookies.
How we use it
To run your account: generate invoices, calculate quotes, and show your data back to you and your staff.
To process Premium payments through PayPal or ClickPesa.
To operate the service — nothing is sold to advertisers, and we run no third-party analytics or ad trackers.
Who we share it with
Only the payment processor you choose (PayPal or ClickPesa), solely to complete that one payment. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Data retention & deletion
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. To delete your business account and all associated invoices, staff, and payment history permanently, email us — see Contact below. Deletion is irreversible.
Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Customer PII on invoices is encrypted at rest. All traffic to the site is served over HTTPS.
